The “Geo” series is part of my private artist’s collection. The JanKossen Contemporary Gallery of NYC selected “Geo 2” for its GEOFORM juried exhibition. It was also selected for a special juried exhibit at the Baker Museum in Naples, FL., by museum director Frank Verpoorten, former curator at the MOMA in NYC. Geo 2 was also chosen from over 1,000 artist submissions worldwide for Studio Visit by Carl Belz, director emeritus of the Rose Art Museum. Ako's “Architecture of the Imagination” consists of diverse, opposing geometric elements harmonized within a holistic visual universe." Clean lines & bold colors bring each element into sharp focus.
